Vom 16. bis 23. Oktober 2022 empfing die EAO in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) junge Erwachsene aus der ganzen Welt mit 12 verschiedenen Nationalitäten zum Seminar "Nachhaltigkeit in der globalen Lieferkette". Es handelte sich um 14 Teilnehmer, frischgebackene Hochschulabsolventen und junge Berufstätige aus verschiedenen Bereichen: Politik, Wirtschaft, Zivilgesellschaft und Wissenschaft.
Während des Seminars nahm die Gruppe an verschiedenen Workshops und Vorträgen über nachhaltige Produktion und nachhaltigen Konsum teil, von der Umsetzung und dem politischen Aspekt bis hin zu den Auswirkungen. 
Die Teilnehmer hatten auch die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Unternehmen zu besuchen, wie z. B. UPZENT, dessen Produkte auf Recycling und sozialer Integration basieren, und My Food, das sich auf den Verkauf und die Einrichtung von Gewächshäusern spezialisiert hat, um den Bürgern die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre eigenen Pflanzen zu produzieren. Darüber hinaus erfuhren sie, dass die Landwirtschaft einen wichtigen Platz in der nachhaltigen Entwicklung einnimmt, und konnten als Beispiel einen Bauernhof besuchen. Sie hatten auch die Gelegenheit, das Europäische Parlament in Straßburg zu besuchen, wo sie an der Plenarsitzung teilnahmen. 
Das siebentägige Seminar war für die Teilnehmer:innen sehr bereichernd, da sie gemeinsam ihre Erfahrungen, Kenntnisse, Wissen und Expertise austauschen konnten. Das Seminar ermöglichte die Vernetzung und das gute Einvernehmen der jungen Erwachsenen, die nach der gemeinsam verbrachten Woche das Projekt gemeinsam und konkret fortsetzen wollten.
Die Mitarbeiter:innen der EAO waren sehr erfreut, diese brillanten und bewundernswerten Menschen zu empfangen und ein so interessantes Seminar zu organisieren.

From 16 to 23 October 2022, the EAO hosted young adults of 12 different nationalities from all over the world at the seminar "Sustainability in the Global Value Creation" in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). The 14 participants were recent graduates and young professionals from various study and working backgrounds and sectors: politics, economics, civil society, science, business.
During the seminar, the group was able to attend various workshops and lectures on sustainable production and consumption, and its impact and implementation in concrete terms and under various circumstances.
The participants also had the opportunity to visit different companies such as UPZENT, whose production of items is based on recycling and social inclusion, and My Food, which specialises in the sale and installation of greenhouses to allow citizens to produce their own plants. In addition, they were able to discover that agriculture has an important place in sustainable development, and were able to visit a farm as an example. They also had the opportunity to visit the European Parliament in Strasbourg, where they attended the plenary session.
These 7 days of seminars were very enriching for the participants, who were able to exchange their experiences, knowledge and expertise together. The seminar allowed the networking and the good understanding of these young adults, who, at the end of the week, wished to continue the project together, in a concrete way.
The EAO was glad to welcome these brilliant and admirable people and to organise such an interesting seminar.

Du 16 au 23 octobre 2022, la EAO a accueilli de jeunes adultes de 12 différentes nationalités venants du monde entier dans le cadre du séminaire « La durabilité dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement mondiale », en coopération avec la fondation Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS). Il s’agissait de 14 participant·e·s, récemment diplômé·e·s et jeunes professionnel·l·e·s de divers secteurs : politique, économie, société civile, science.
Lors du séminaire, le groupe a pu assister à différents ateliers et conférences sur la production et la consommation durable, de la mise en œuvre et l’aspect politique, aux impacts que cela représentent. 
Les participant·e·s ont également eu la possibilité de visiter différentes entreprises telle que UPZENT, dont la production des articles est basée sur le recyclage et l’insertion social, et My Food, spécialisé dans la vente et l’installation de serres pour permettre aux citoyens de produire leurs propres végétaux. En outre, ils ont pu découvrir que l’agriculture a une place importante dans le développement durable et ont pu visiter une ferme à titre d’exemple. Ils ont également eu l'occasion de visiter le Parlement Européen à Strasbourg, où ils ont assisté à la session plénière. 
Ces 7 jours de séminaires furent très enrichissants pour les participant·e·s, qui ont pu échanger ensemble leurs expériences, leurs savoirs, connaissances et expertises. Le séminaire a permis la mise en réseau et la bonne entente de ces jeunes adultes, qui, à l’issu de la semaine passée ensemble, souhaitaient poursuivre le projet ensemble, de manière concrète. 
Le personnel de la EAO était ravi d’accueillir ces brillantes et admirables personnes, ainsi que d’organiser un séminaire aussi intéressant.
