Three differently designed conference buildings offer an extensive, variable selection of rooms for different group sizes. Bright, comfortable seminar and group rooms invite you to meet and work. 17 flexible-use conference rooms - all built to modern energy standards - are available for you, including four equipped with simultaneous interpreting facilities in up to five languages at the same time. Here you will find your tailor-made conference room. In addition to the wide range of rooms available, we also offer a comprehensive range of conference services. Of course you can also make use of our network of experienced interpreters.

With its dodecagonal floor plan, the Forum is architecturally a special feature and the acoustics are excellent.

Bruxelles and Den Haag

Bruxelles and Den Haag are two adjoining conference rooms, separated by a soundproof, sliding partition.

The two conference rooms Andersen and Hundertwasser are located in the immediate vicinity of the large conference rooms in Bruxelles and Den Haag

Bergman, Sibelius, Sokrates

For concentrated work in small groups we offer you the appropriate room program.

Paris and Bonn

The conference rooms Paris and Bonn offer you with 84 sqm a wide range of room design possibilities.
The rooms can be divided by a mobile partition wall.

Roma

The conference room Roma is suitable for seminars up to 60 persons.

Asterix, Idefix, Majestix, Miraculix, Obelix

For concentrated work in small groups, five rooms of different sizes are available in house C.

Berlin

The conference room Berlin is located in the latest, architecturally also attractively designed building complex, Haus E.

Whether large or small events: You choose which technology you need, and we implement your wishes, precisely. The conference rooms are equipped with data projector, laptop, camcorder, flat screen, DVD and Blu-ray Disc playback, various connections for audio, video and computer graphics, sound system, presentation material, internet access and interpreting equipment.
