Page 1 of 3 Light and delicate colours prevail on our premises, which are equipped with modern furniture and tasteful decoration, which may vary according to the season. Large glass windows in the main restaurant give you an unobstructed view of the Academy grounds, and our guests can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast, almost like in a winter garden. The main restaurant has 150 seats, restaurant Lorraine 40 and restaurant SaarLorLux 35; the restaurants are also ideally suited for festivities, ceremonies and parties of all kinds. Our chef and her staff come up with regional cuisine, international dishes, whole food and vegetarian dishes or seasonal menus and buffets. They principally use products from regional producers. The restaurant staff offer full table service or present the dishes on a self-service buffet. In the Eurobistro (85 seats, open in the evenings) we offer, apart from an international wine list with a big selection of regional wines, draught beer and light snacks to overcome late-night cravings. It is equipped with a skittle alley and a billiard table. In our small beer garden with barbecue area, guest can enjoy the warm rays of the evening sun, sheltered from the wind. |
